Lisa J. Crawford is the CEO of LJC Motivations, through which she reaches thousands around the world with her messages of hope, comfort and inspiration. She holds more than thirty years of experience as a motivational speaker, life coach and author. She has been a hospitality consultant for two decades and lives her life as a Servant Leader in every environment she enters.
She holds a Business Degree in Organizational Management from Bethel University. Lisa was designed to help people become their personal best after personal attacks to the soul whether it is workplace abuse, sexual assault or self-sabotage which all lead to a form of no self-love and forward movement. Lisa’s life experiences have allowed her to move past her pain and help others overcome the SilentScreams of their soul.
Crawford wants to make sure that her voice and books will allow her to teach the hospitality industry how to honor and respect those that are underpaid and under appreciated feel their value and worth from management and through workplace culture development.
